The Jellyfish Shop guarantees our Jellyfish Aquariums to the original purchaser against defects in materials for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase subject to the conditions stated below. The Jellyfish Shop will repair or replace aquariums at our discretion if they are deemed to be defective. The customer is responsible for return shipping, the aquarium must be repackaged in the manner it was originally packed and received in undamaged, sellable condition. The Jellyfish Shop assumes no responsbility for property damage/loss or personal injury as a result of the use or misuse of our aquariums or any other products. No other warranties are expressed or implied. The purchaser accepts these terms by purchasing any products.
The warranty is void if;
- the aquarium is not placed on a level stand with a solid top that is designed and manufactured specifically for aquariums of the size and weight purchased
- the aquarium is moved when not emptied of water
- if the aquarium is modified by anyone but the Jellyfish Shop
- if the aquarium is used for purposes other than what it was designed for
- you are not the original purchaser
